Program Goals & Details
Our program connects seasoned industry professionals with emerging talents from around the world. Mentees will gain hands-on experience through real-world projects, expanding their networks within our dynamic, global community while mastering the skills needed to excel in their careers. At the same time, mentors will share their expertise, refine their leadership abilities, and guide the next generation of innovators.
Over an eight-week journey, mentors and mentees will collaborate, learn, and drive impactful initiatives together. Mentees will have exclusive opportunities to work on high-impact projects and gain insider insights into industry best practices, while mentors will enhance their coaching skills and build lasting professional relationships.

- Selection & Matching: March 1 – March 15, 2025
- Orientation: March 22, 2025
- Program Duration: 8 weeks, from March 24, 2025, to May 16, 2025, culminating with the Graduation Ceremony on May 19, 2025
