The 2026 cohort builds on the impact of our previous programs and continues our mission to connect emerging professionals with experienced mentors who can help them grow with confidence.

Introducing the 2026 Cohort
The Becoming by Design cohort focuses on helping participants:
- Build clarity in their career direction
- Develop confidence in decision-making
- Strengthen professional communication
- Learn through structured mentorship and peer engagement
The programme includes:
- 1:1 mentorship
- Monthly check-ins
- Peer learning sessions
- Practical career development conversations
This is not a passive learning experience. It is a guided space for action, reflection, and growth.
